Refund & Exchange Policy

At SakuraCrafts, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or handmade products cannot be returned unless damaged.

Damaged Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.

Once approved, a replacement or refund will be arranged.
